Updated April 2020 for Springvale & Malosi Phileas Fogg is an Empires and Puzzles hero from Season 4, Voyagers of the Underwild. At fast mana speed, Phileas Fogg is one of the top snipers in the game, if not the top sniper. His base attack stat is among the highest in the game making this a high review. Sadly, those days are long gone, so I’ve had to put on my big girl pants and suck it up to review Empires and Puzzles.
